Workshop 1 - Joey
Managing fear & risk - Joey Evers 11/07 (11:00 - 12:00) In this workshop Joey will share his experience with the mental side of parkour. The focus is on how to deal with fear and manage risk. You’ll learn how many mental blocks can already be worked around outside of high-risk situations. The goal is to help you build trust in your own abilities so you can approach challenges with more confidence and better understand risk.

Cartwheel variations & flow - Miranda Tibbling & Agnes Cecilie 11/07 (13:00 - 14:00) Miranda and Agnes will guide you through cartwheel variations and how to connect them into a line. The workshop will focus on exploring different cartwheel progressions and simple transitions, from basic to more advanced options. The emphasis will be on flow, helping you link movements together smoothly and with control.
